Position Summary: Performs a wide variety of tasks in the actual food production and required documentation to insure food quality and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the overall safety and sanitation of department.

* **Position Requirements:* ** *Experience:*Two (2) years of related experience, healthcare preferred. * * *Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:* Basic food sanitation (HACCP), presentation and utilization skills. Knowledge of basic food handling processes and equipment. Food preparation by standardized recipes and batch cooking techniques. Good communication skills, able to read and write English language. Good customer service skills.
