The Front of the House Supervisor is responsible for creating a welcoming first and last impression. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that front line staff is providing prompt, professional and friendly guest service to dining guests at Broken Arrow restaurant located at the base of Beaver Creek Ski Resort in Arrowhead.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist with maintaining budgeted goals for restaurant

  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping and payroll

  • Complete daily revenue reports and safe audits

  • Monitor all front of house staff to uphold Beaver Creek Mountain Dining standards

  • Complete coaching or disciplinary reports with employees as needed

  • Maintain proper cash handling procedures

  • Interact with guests and resolve issues

  • Oversee cleanliness of building

  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent - required

  • Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs - required

  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours - required

  • Two or more years of restaurant experience with at least one year at a supervisory or managerial level - required

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays including: Christmas Day, Christmas/New Years Holidays, Martin Luther King weekend, Presidents’ Day Weekend, and any other holidays as requested - required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - preferred

  • Conversational Spanish - preferred

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

  • Must have or obtain valid TIPS certification upon employment (will provide training)
