Vail Resorts Front Desk Supervisor - The Pines Lodge - Year Round in Beaver Creek, Colorado

Vail Resorts is always looking for great talent. Although our resorts and offices are currently closed to protect the health and safety of our employees, applications are still being accepted. Hiring will resume as soon as normal operations resume.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to manager on duty shifts, day-to-day operation of the front office, scheduling, coaching and counseling staff, reconcile shift closing and petty cash. Train bell and desk staff, ensure standards are understood and executed. In addition to front desk supervisor duty this person will also perform front desk agent duties. Including: greet all guests, check guests in and out, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance activities through hotel. Perform concierge duties, PBX features and cashiering functions. Assist other hotel staff as necessary. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Vail and Beaver Creek Resort services and activities, possess strong telephone skills, excellent hospitality skills, strong teamwork skills, and is detail oriented.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in hospitality and is detail oriented. High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or equivalent supervisior experience in a related hospitality field preferred.

The budgeted range starts at 12.32 - 16.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
