Host - Fine Dining – Zach’s Cabin - Full & Part Time, Winter Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

Zach’s Cabin : Nestled amongst the aspens on Bachelor’s Gulch Mountain overlooking the Gore Range, our cabin is a “ski in-ski out” signature private members club during the day. At night we open to the public where elegant alpine sleigh ride and fine dining experiences are made. Our location and atmosphere is unlike any other on the mountain. The host is responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming all guests. Hosts are the first experience for our guests and it must be a positive one. The host responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work within OpenTable computer reservations management system to check in guests, make reservations, and manage table assignments

  • Assists managers in controlling the seating’s from the sleighs to the table, allowing for guests to be spread out amongst servers.

  • Must answer phones, check and relay messages to managers, maintain tidiness of restrooms and assist bussers and servers in the dining room with all aspects of the dining experience.

  • Understanding the dynamics of dinner and lunch operations is essential for the host

  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous restaurant experience or customer service - preferred

  • High School diploma or equivalent - required

  • Proven ability to work well with others and guests - required

  • Must be fluent in English - required

  • Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays - required
