The children's lesson supervisor is a member of the Beaver Creek Ski and Snowboard School management team who is responsible for the overall quality of children's lessons at the resort. This position will manage a family of 45-55 children's instructors, will work closely with the other children's supervisors as well as the adult supervisors, and the product sales team to ensure that all lessons are booked in a manner that will ensure our guests the Experience of a Lifetime.

This responsibilities for this position include, but not are limited to:

• Hiring and training

• Managing and coaching

• Scheduling staff, assigning and booking lessons

• Overall morale of program staff

• Workplace safety and support safety initiatives

• Quality control

• Communication

• Administrative duties

• Self development

• Driving value for the company

• Continuous and superior guest relations

• Maintaining and promoting teamwork

• Operational duties and maintenance of physical assets, and other duties as assigned

In addition this position will work closely with their peers and other departments to role model the company's values and create the 'experience of a lifetime' for all resort guests and the staff.


  • Must provide professional resume and cover letter

  • Strong computer skills - required

  • Strong leadership skills a must

  • Must be 18 years or older - required

  • High School diploma or equivalent - required

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently - required

  • Desire to work directly with young children - required

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays throughout the season - required

  • Must be able to work from October 18, 2018 - April 20, 2019 - required

  • Must have PSIA/AASI certification - required

  • Satisfactory background check - required

  • At least 2 years supervisory experience - preferred

  • Able to communicate in Spanish - preferred

  • PSIA/ AASI Level 2 or 3 Certification - preferred

  • RPOS experience - preferred

  • Previous experience working with children - preferred
