They act as a Table Games Leader and as a CasinoShift Manager (CSM). When the ACSM is fulfilling the CSM role, they arethe acting General Manager on Duty and they perform numerous daily tasks androutines that ensure quality service is provided to all guests. During eachshift, the CSM will visit each operational area and converse with guests andTeam Members to promote and facilitate the highest guest service attainable.They must be able to identify and correct daily operational deficiencies toachieve this service; such as:Constantly review staffing needs and recommend increase/decrease in staffinglevels to coincide with business demands.Identify signage problems and notifying proper departments to correct.Assist in resolving Team Member issues, responsible for motivating TeamMembers to ensure that they are providing quality service.Assist Managers and Supervisors to ensure that the operation is being managedin accordance with company standards.Maintain an active presence on the casino floor at all times.The ACSM also fulfills a Table Games Supervisor role. The Table GamesSupervisor is responsible for supervising the Table Games department and theymust be knowledgeable in all games approved by the Colorado Division ofGaming.The ACSM/CSM will create a friendly work atmosphere and communicate an Open Door' policy to all team Members to resolve disputes in a timelymanner. They must exhibit a positive and professional attitude with guests andTeam Members. They will work toward resolving guest complaints and assist withguest incidents in a helpful, courteous, and constructive manner, and ifnecessary, review available documentation and/or create documentationconcerning the incident. They should provide regular communication with alllevels of management, providing recommendations on improving effectivenesson the property operation. They will make decisions based upon the bestinterests of the company while following Colorado Division of Gaming Rules andRegulations. From time to time they will relive Table Games Supervisors andSurveillance Operators when their respective managers are not available.Other related duties including, but not limited to complying with thefollowing;Colorado Limited Gaming ActColorado Gaming Rules and RegulationsColorado Internal Control Minimum ProceduresColorado Liquor and Beer CodesFederal requirements for Anti-Money LaunderingCompany PoliciesIRS reportingProcess payroll as neededOversee daily operation of the table games department while maintaining a highlevel of guest service.Communicate effectively with team members, subordinates, and guests.Training, coaching and counseling of team members.Administrative duties as they pertain to table games.Process and verify table fills and credits.Checking guest I.D.'s.Responsible for the whole of supervision during varied shifts in the TableGames department.This position is expected to quickly gain knowledge of all casino propertyoperations including slot operations, restaurant operations.Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Table Games leadership role.Must exhibit a commitment to both Guest Service and a safe work environment.Must effectively pass along information from shift to shift and fromdepartment to department when needed.Must be self-motivated and self-directed and be able to work under minimalsupervision.Must be fl
