All treatments must be done in anefficient, courteous, and professional manner.Reports to the Spa Manager and the Spa Supervisor.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide massage and body treatments to guests using professional acceptedtechniques upgrading any treatments when possible as outlined in the SOP.Assess guest needs and inquire about any health issues (contraindications)before beginning service.Set up treatment room with necessary equipment and supplies to ensure guestcomfort and safety throughout service as outlined in the provider checklist.Maintain cleanliness of treatment room throughout shift stocking room at endof shift with linens, towels, etc. as outlined in the provider checklist.Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional as outlinedin the SOP.Follow all company policies and procedures maintaining confidentiality ofproprietary information as outlined in the SOP.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; supportteam to reach common goals.Must be knowledgeable of daily "stand-ups" and actively participate indaily goals.Must participate in computer based learning and implement these skills intothe workplace.Secondary Duties and ResponsibilitiesKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent Customer Service Skills.Excellent verbal communication skills.Knowledge of various massages and therapies.Knowledge of rubbing compounds and oils used in massagesMinimum Qualifications, Education and ExperienceRequired:High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalentThe following license and/or certifications are required prior to employmentstart date:State of Colorado Therapist License.Two (2) years massage therapist experience.Must be at least 18 years of age.Licensing StatusMust be able to successfully pass a background investigation.Will require a post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening.Working Conditions
