Responsibilities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience of managing IVR or ACD contact demand

  • Multichannel support and channel optimization experience

  • Relevant IT support experience

  • Experience with common technologies including Windows, OSX, Office 365, AD etc

  • Understanding of ITIL fundamentals

  • Relevant experience of performing and managing to clearly defined SLA targets

  • Passionate about technology#LI-DNP#LI-Remote
