ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, facilitate, and support the planning and execution ofHeadquarters, Air Force Space Command (HQ AFSPC) directed Service andJoint exercises in accordance with the Component Exercise Plan (CEP).Attend planning conferences to establish execution events, timelines andcommunication requirements. Participates in and directly supports execution ofplanned exercises by developing scenario events and acting as white cellparticipants.Develop after action reports which capture Lessons Learned (LL).Provide exercise, experiment, demonstration planning support.Develop, coordinate and execute space and cyber events and capabilitieswithin exercises, experiments and demonstrations and work with otherorganizations both internal and external to the Distributed Mission OperationsCenter -Space (DMOC-S) to provide realistic and valuable advanced trainingevenAnalyzed and assessed space threats to the US space and counterspacecapabilities and provide detailed assessment briefings to high level decisionmakers.Develop, coordinate and execute STO-related events within exercises and workwith internal/external organizations to include the DMOC-S to integrateeffects and provide advanced training.In conjunction with HQ AFSPC/A3TW assist in the planning and conduct of theAFSPC annual and quarterly Exercise Coordination Team (ECT) meetings bypreparing and presenting exercise and experiment planning and participationinformation for each scheduled exercise.Develop, plan and execute AFSPC participation in CJCS, CCMD, USAF andother Service exercises, experiments and demonstrations in accordance withthe HQ AFSPC Component Exercise Plan (CEP). For each event, the contractor shall develop schedules, plans andbriefings; coordinate/ monitor activities, and report on thoseactivities through trip reports, briefings, meeting minutes, etc.Coordinate with DoD, CCMDs, Services, National Agencies and othergovernment, civil and commercial activities in crafting thescenarios/events/vignettes and level of support requirements for space andcyber activities within each exercise, experiment or demonstration. Thiswill require accesses up to TS/SCI and in some instances, access toSAP/SAR andProvide recommendations on how to effectively integrate space and cybercapabilities and systems into Joint, CCMD and Service level exercises,experiments or demonstration.Review appropriate OPLANs, previous LL, CCMD's websites, and gatherhistorical activity information. Use this information to assist the trainingaudiences in drafting training objectives for each event.Provide recommendations as well as monitor and track AFSPC resources required(personnel, funding and equipment) to support each event.Be familiar with current and in-development DMOC-S Modeling and Simulationcapabilities; during exercise development and planning, have ability tointegrate these capabilities into exercises, demonstrations andexperiments, where appropriate.Coordinate manning support with HQ AFSPC for each exercise and experiment andcoordinate all UMD, DRMD, JMD manning requirements with theexercise/experiment host. In addition, for exercises requiring specificTPFDD builds from HQ AFSPC, coordinate these activities with the hostcommand and HQ AFSPC/A3TW.Provide budget support to the customer including, but not limited to:Establishing budgeting guidance for exercises; Coordinating with unitfinance representatives for exercise support requiring AFSPC funds (includesAFSPC units and non-AFSPC units; projecting current and future budgets forexercises; assist in developing projections for AFSPC/A3TW POM inputs forexercProvide off-station exercise support to include assistance in planningconferences, coordina
