We are looking for an enthusiastic and sociable person with a friendly demeanor. As the Guest Experience Lead you will greet each guest, interact with them and create an inviting atmosphere in the dining room. Make sure the guest’s experience is a great one and guide the guest to place their order at the kiosk.
The Guest Experience Lead understands the importance of hospitality and helps guests have a great experience by: - Greeting and connecting with the guests - Encouraging guests to use the kiosk - Helping guests use the kiosk if they need it - Presenting them the cups for all soda beverages - Answering questions - Recognizing when to step away
