The Coal Breaker Coffee Co. is the go to spot for grab and go gourmet! Located at the base of the ski resort in the Treasury Building we specialize in handcrafted sandwiches and specialty beverages as well as a variety of snacks and options for fueling your day on the slopes!
Supervision of F&B outlet culinary operations inclusive of fine dining, casual dining, food court, and kiosks. Supervision of "front of house" personnel and culinary operations, and, on occasion, "back of house" and kitchen personnel. Works to provide the best possible guest culinary experience within the F&B facilities. Supervision of "front of house" staff in providing excellent guest service. Trains, coaches, and supervises service culinary staff. Assists Outlet Manager/Chef in maintenance of recipes, recipe costings, product implementation and product delivery. Delivers high quality food and beverage products and proper service thereof. Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of facilities through properly developed HAACP procedures, staff training and supervision. Assists in maintenance of budgetary guidelines, goals, finances and cash handling procedures. Works to develop a positive public image of all resort F&B facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
Production and delivery of a high quality, healthy, food and beverage product.
Maintain clean and sanitary outlets through proper HAACP procedures, training and supervision of staff
Assists in maintenance of proper production and service procedures, providing an excellent guest service experience
Train, coach and supervise F&B outlet personnel
Assist in attaining and maintaining budgetary guidelines and goals , as well as proper accounting and inventory procedures
Promote positive professional culinary culture throughout the F&B outlet and the CBMR resort.
Familiar with Windows Office, ordering/costing/acct./Vendor software
2years in F&B, required
Serv Safe/ TIPS Alcohol Service preferred
College degree preferred
1 year in hospitality/culinary management preferred
Some conversational Spanish preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
