Cook, Food and Nutrition Services (Full Time (Job ID: 4108)Job SummaryUnder general supervision, prepares and cooks food for hospital patients,hospital employees and visitors. Prepares food according to recipes,menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portionsto be served. Compiles and maintains records of food use and expenditures.Follows and implements HACCP guidelines.
