Secure payment; verify and adjust billing. Activate anddistribute room keys. Process all guest requests and relay messages. Welcomeand acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate andaddress guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, andexceed all guest expectations.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: Prior cash handling experience necessary.
