Good Sam Elite Concierge Agent
We have an excellent opportunity available for a high-energy and motivated customer service professional at our Englewood, CO location. The selected candidate will handle inbound calls related to travel and RV services, club memberships and products.
Job Duties:
Provide Concierge Level service to Elite Good Sam members, handling a wide variety of inquiries regarding Good Sam's multiple and varied products and services
Receive and respond to membership and product inquiries by listening attentively and responding to with first class customer service
Process customer calls and solicit additional assistance from partnering support groups as necessary
Handle and respond to email membership and product inquiries
Update membership system and phone support system with required call information
Provide "Strikeforce" coverage for Member Service call center as needed
Handle calls for additional products and services as needed
Assist with Rapid response duties as need
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred
At least one year in a call center setting and customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listing abilities required
Must have effective organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential

Compensation from $14.00 per hour and above plus incentives, dependent on experience.
