Req ID:27626BRCity:EnglewoodEssential Functions:Knowledgeable and current with ongoing performance and trends in all Two Roads F&B operations (outlets and banquets/catering), and through analytical skills, devise improvements in strategies, quality, revenue generation, cost management, staffing, equipment and operational efficiencies.Model and Champion the unique Culture of Two Roads through your actions and support it throughout the companyBuild operating teams throughout the portfolio that unify and work collaboratively together to implement and execute initiativesAnalyze F&B competitive positioning and market trends in all markets for optimizing results and impact on hotel resultsDirect the implementation of changes and improvements working directly with property staffDue diligence, transition and predevelopment activities for F&B at all new propertiesCreate and supervise companywide training and career growth programs and direct best practices for recruiting and staff assessmentCreate and implement a companywide service standard platform and monitor performanceCreate and implement companywide F&B operations and financial performance reportingOversee and implement national contracts with suppliers and othersTrouble-shoot and implement solutions for identified property problems and issues Participate in the creation, branding, thematic design and development of all new restaurants, bars, and lounges and all outletsIdentify and manage outside consultants in all of the aboveDevelop and maintain unique industry relationships with preferred vendors, consultants, media representatives, food and beverage critics/authors which help to achieve Two Roads goalsLead and assist others within the company in attracting top Talent in the field of Beverage and Food for our propertiesLead and participate with other leadership disciplines within the company to continuously explore technology application in F&B operations to improve operations and guest/associate experiencesParticipate in the planning and designing of kitchen facilities and restaurant and related facilities Qualifications:EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 10 -15 years of corporate, regional and/or executive level restaurant, bars, events or equivalent leadership responsibility.5 years of experience at VP level with experience at a corporate roleProven track record as an innovative and profit centered manager.Senior level F&B experience operating in both free standing establishments and a hotel operating environment.Prior experience in due diligence, transitions of assets and operations between ownership groups, pre-development consultation and opening experience of new F&B channels is required. A demonstrated ability to assess people, operations, equipment, revenue opportunities and work with the on-site teams to implement change and results.Experience and proven track record in attracting and securing third party operators and securing successful, both relational and economic success, relationships that create value for our hotels and resorts.A demonstrated track record of growing F&B professionals within a company through a combination of training, aligned reporting, technical skill, and leadership.Experience with development and implementation of a service standard platform which can be customized and implemented throughout various business units at a 4 diamond / luxury quality level.Experience in creating a platform of F&B performance reporting which can be used to positive leverage results.Experience in working with Culinarians on innovative, creative and effective menusExperience in negotiating corporate contracts with food and beverage suppliers and other vendors through a supply chain processBachelor’s DegreeOTHER QUALIFICATIONS:Proven ability to enhance and drive F&B profitability across all channels (outlets, banquets, catering and other).Solid experience operating, marketing and positioning F&B channels to optimize capture and profitability in alignment with business strategy. Strong financial acumen and familiarity with excel and technology. Ability to efficiently and accurately analyze current performance trends and identify leading indicators for future trends.Ability to remain engaged with the external F&B community through various affiliations, organizations and boards to bring forth current trends for adoption in our business where applicable.
