Elior North America Asst Food Service Director in Fort Collins, Colorado
The Assistant Food Service Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining systems and procedures within a high-volume food service operation. Duties of this position include, supervising food storage, production, service and maintaining inventory levels for food and supplies. The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 2 years experience coordinating food service operations and the demonstrated ability to supervise and teach others in the performance of their job tasks. Preference may be given to candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field. This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
