Position: SAFe Enterprise Coach
Work Location: Fort Collins, CO
Summary: ASRC Federal Highland Technology is seeking a SAFe Enterprise Coach. We have a great opportunity for a SAFe Enterprise Coach that is ready to work at the program, solution and/or portfolio levels. In this position, you will get to coach an agile release train and a solution train, and you will provide agile coaching to leaders and stakeholders at all levels. You will support clients using a variety of competencies, including, but not limited to business agility, team and technical agility, product delivery, enterprise solution delivery, lean portfolio management and value stream mapping. A critical component of this role is detailed knowledge of Full SAFe implementation, practices, principles, and metrics to effectively measure execution, performance, benefits, and value. This position requires deep knowledge and experience with Full SAFe and to be able to apply and adapt thinking and practices to various situations and needs as a Coach.

Lead by example as a servant leader and foster transparency, decentralized decision-making, relentless improvement, continuous learning, and effective conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Work directly with leaders, program managers, directors and stakeholders to provide mentorship, coaching, consulting, education and guidance on lean agile servant leadership, dual operating systems and the acceleration and expansion of our Scaled Agile implementation.
Define and execute strategies and roadmaps for accelerating and expanding business agility and Scaled Agile maturity.
Conduct Scaled Agile trainings, workshops, assessments, and tune-ups.
Support Community of Practices (COPs) by actively engaging and contributing to best practices.
Be an enterprise evangelist of Scaled Agile ceremonies, practices and values.
