Keystone Resort Property Management is the premiere property management company in Keystone Resort, providing comprehensive management services to both homeowner associations as well as individual homeowners renting their units on a short term basis. At the direction of volunteer Executive Boards, this Community Association Property Manager (PM II) manages four associations at the River Run base of Keystone Resort, working closely with the Vacation Home Property Manager to deliver Vail Resorts’ mission of Experience of a Lifetime to homeowners, guests and commercial tenants. Success in this position is strong financial performance, well-maintained properties and satisfied boards, homeowners and guests. The associations include approximately 400 units, including 13 commercial units in 5 buildings and common elements such as lawns, roofs, elevators, garages, corridors, pools and hot tubs. No two days look the same in community association management.
Budgeting, financial analysis, capital planning, contractor/vendor coordination and property inspections.
Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners.
Providing exceptional service to boards, homeowners and guests.
Coordinating and facilitating executive board meetings, annual members' meetings and special meetings.
Interviewing, hiring, training and coaching on-property staff, both management and front line.
2+ years experience in property management, preferably in resort property management.
Familiarity with maintenance and building systems.
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to read, comprehend and write complex correspondence and effectively communicate with guests and homeowners using diplomacy and tact required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, Outlook, Access.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Valid driver's license required.
Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
Bachelor's degree or similar experience.
CMCA, AMS or PCAM certification is strongly preferred.
Bilingual communication skills.
