Job Summary

A guest’s first impression of their visit begins during their arrival process. Being greeted with a warm, friendly welcome by our outstanding team is imperative. This is a great role for those who wish to learn how to run a business from the ground up. You will be introduced to and involved in most aspects of the hotel.

As a Guest Service Associate you will be responsible for greeting our guests, answering to their needs, informing them of the local area and hotel amenities and ensuring a seamless visit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Taking phone calls and making reservations

  • Offering a warm welcome and a sincere farewell to our guests

  • Communicating with each department to ensure the needs of our guests are fulfilled

  • Maintaining a clean, organized Front Office area

  • Reporting

  • Scanning, Faxing and Email

  • Maintaining Attention to detail and guest service
