Copper Mountain Resort Sr Food and Beverage Manager in Nederland, Colorado

The Food and Beverage Senior Manager reports to the Director Business Operations. This role is responsible for creating menus, managing food costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory, managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards while Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel. This position is responsible for maintaining a profitable F&B department and high quality products and service levels. The Food and Beverage Senior Manager is expected to help market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets. The Food & Beverage Senior Manager provides strategic leadership for all Food & Beverage outlets on the property, and provides operational support to all Food & Beverage supervisors.


  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products; POS system, Other Operating systems within Food & Beverage

Physical Capabilities-

  • This position requires off site travel

  • Must have the ability to use touch-typing skills and have the ability to lift up to a 50-lb. box and carry 50 yards. Must be able to visually review written documents and observe coworkers on a regular basis.

  • Previous experience in similar Job role or minimum 4-years experience as Food and Beverage Senior Manager or Director

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Business or Hospitality Management preferred

  • Effectively communicate using the English language


  • Alcohol Awareness Certification, SERV Safe Certification.
