We are currently hiring an In House Marketing Manager to join our Wyndham Destinations team in Pagosa Springs, CO . This is a dream location with high earning potential for any seasoned marketing and/or vacation ownership professional.

Responsible for all internal marketing activities at the resort level. Primary responsibilities include direct management of Marketing Coordinators, maintaining an acceptable penetration rate of resort occupancy, maintaining an excellent owner experience, and coordination with Resort, Front Line sales, In-House sales and Corporate/Regional In-House Marketing Directors/Managers.
Direct supervision of In HouseMarketing Coordinators: train employees; plan, assign and direct work;performance review; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action whennecessary (termination and conflict resolution).
Maintain total site marketingpenetration of at least 60%.
Resolve issues pertaining totour statuses, bookings, coding and etc.
Order and maintain departmentalsupplies (collateral material, uniforms, etc.)
Maintain copies of invitationsand daily tour manifests for reference purposes.
Run daily reports to include,but not limited to, Daily Arrival Report, Daily In-House Report, Five yearowner arrival report.
Prepare daily and weekly statusreports to include, but not limited to, Show factors and Penetration ratesto be submitted in a timely manner for corporate deadlines.
Compile data on each MarketingCoordinators performance.
Prepare additional reportsdeemed necessary by management.
Coordinate with In-House andFront Line sales management with regard to tour seats available andpotential tour flow.
Ensure any pertinentinformation related to Marketing/Concierge is properly and timelydisseminated.
Coordinate with sales regardingnew/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).
Submit employee payroll intimely manner.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills; must maintain a high level of professionalism at alltimes
Previous Wyndham marketingexperience strongly desired.
Minimum of 1 year InHouse Marketing experience
Experience managing multiplesites preferred
Marketing expertise specific totimeshare preferred.
Ability to effectively coach,counsel and motivate direct reports
Provide exceptional customerservice (i.e. must be able to communicate in a positive and effectivemanner when dealing with upset owners)
Ability to efficientlymulti-task and negotiate effectively
Working knowledge of marketingdatabases
Ability to recruit, train anddevelop employees
Detail oriented and accurateand demonstrated problem solving ability
Ability to carry outresponsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies andapplicable laws
