Responsibilities/Job Duties:

  • Responsible for booking ownersand guests staying on property both by phone and face to face to offerthem an opportunity for an owner update with one of our Sales Representatives

  • Welcome guests warmly to theresort and provide them with brief information about the resort, resortactivities and services, and activities in the area.

  • Must maintain above budgetpenetration rate of assigned guests and ensure that the overallpenetration of the site is above budgeted %

  • Must be able to work days,nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be proficient in MicrosoftOffice (excel and word).

  • Must maintain departmentstandards of production and work as a team player.

  • High School diploma required.

  • Possess excellent communicationskills both written and verbal.

  • Must be highly motivated with apositive attitude and good work ethic.

  • Detail oriented whilemaintaining multi-task abilities in a busy environment; professional andorganized; able to exhibit problem solving ability.

  • Provide exceptional customerservice (i.e. must be able to communicate in a positive and effectivemanner when dealing with upset owners)

  • Ability to negotiateeffectively

  • Working knowledge of marketingdatabases

  • One year timeshare or vacation ownership marketingexperience preferred.
