FS Vail Employment Inc., dba Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail islooking to fill Advanced Housekeeper positions in Vail, Colorado. This is atemporary full-time peak load position and we are looking to fill 10 jobopenings for employment from May 24, 2021 to October 18, 2021.Duties: Clean and maintain guest accommodations at luxury property. Makebeds and change linens. Clean bathrooms. Dust furniture, window ledges andshelves. Vacuum carpeted areas. Stock guest rooms with amenities. Removerefuse. Report damage to guest rooms and report lost items. Maintain carts andlinen rooms. Comply with Four Seasons policies, procedures and standards ofoperation. May also help with turn down service. Clean common areas such aslobbies, hallways, bathrooms and recreation areas. Comply with all OSHAstandards.Requirements: Must have a minimum of one year of housekeeping experience.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Terms and Conditions of Employment: At least $16.97/hr, at least35hrs/wk, Mon-Sun, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. (schedule, hours andshifts vary). Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is atleast $25.46/hr.Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work,whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the workercompletes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provideadvance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and,to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker isdismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonablecosts of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not returndue to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economicaland reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistencewill be provided at a rate of $12.68 per day during travel to a maximum of$55.00 per day with receipts.Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hoursequal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of thetotal employment period.Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at nocharge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard forcomputing wages due; The pay period is every two weeks; The employer willmake all payroll deductions required by law and will not make anydeductions, which are not required by law; The employer will reimburse anH-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, bordercrossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment, incurred by the H-2B worker. Limited subsidized housing isavailable on a first come, first serve basis. With employee's consent,housing cost of $500/month is paid monthly by credit/debit card.
