Vail Partners dba Hotel Talisa located at 1300 Westhaven Drive, Vail, CO81657 is looking for 29 housekeepers to perform temporary and full-time jobduties as follows: perform any combination of light cleaning duties tomaintain private households or commercial establishments, such as hotelsand/or restaurants in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include makingbeds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, vacuuming andcleaning public areas marble floors (restaurant, front desk, lobby andlibrary floor areas). Job is located in Vail, Colorado.Start-End Dates: 11/16/2018 04/15/2019.Work hours: 35 hrs/wk. 9AM-5PM. Work week is Sunday-Saturday.No min education, training or experience required. On-the-job training willbe provided.Possible ski pass program/reimbursement. Certain eligibility required.Discounted bus pass program.Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging)to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workersreimbursed, by check separate from payroll, if the worker completes halfthe employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the workercompletes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Inother words, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period,employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from theplace of recruitment to the place of work by check separate from payroll.Upon completion of the work contract period, or where the employee isdismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker sreasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or theplace the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker willnot return due to subsequent employment with another employer.The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to themost economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.26 per day during travelto a maximum of $51.00 per day with receipts.The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at leastthree-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employmentperiod.H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees).The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job.Salary: $14.13/ph + DOE. OT possible at $21.20/hr + DOE. Singleworkweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid every twoweeks by check.
