POSITION: Line Cook.DUTIES: Prepare menu items, grilling, saut , food handling,cleaning and stocking of work station.SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge ofsafe food handling. Some previous restaurant experience is helpfulOTHER REQUIREMENTS: Employer will train.PREFERRED SKILLS: One (1) year of food service experience.WAGE: $14 per hour paid biweekly.SHIFTS: This is a seasonal position. Hours and days of work aredependent on the schedule. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours perweek during peak season. Operational hours are 11:00 am to 5:30 pm forLunch and dinner.
