We are looking to hire full-time and part-time Nail Technicians.

The Nail Technician will deliver the standards of the Spa etiquette and service in all interactions with guests and staff. The successful individual will follow established guidelines for luxury nail care and services by adhering strictly to the protocols set forth by the Spa. Will be expected to provide all guests with customized personal attention that meets and exceeds all of their needs. Must be comfortable anticipating a guest's needs and discussing any guest concerns. Responsible for addressing any extra details required to go above and beyond the guests' expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and abide by Trilogy Spa policies and procedures.
Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable salon service.
Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guest s needs and concerns with a professional and pleasant manner.
Ensure the setup and break down of their designated treatment area with the highest respect of fellow co-workers by maintaining neat and well stocked work areas.
Ensure we are adhering to all Colorado State Board Standards and remaining compliant with license requirements.
Station checks to ensure that room protocols are being adhered to.
Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities when needed.
Interact cooperatively with, and with consideration towards, guest and co-workers.
Anticipate guest s needs and adhere to TSH s standards for guest service.
Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty in a timely fashion.
Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Decisions of a broad nature are made in accordance with general policy and procedures.
Train and ensure all service providers deliver exceptional service.
Ensure service providers are monitored and trained on new and existing protocols.
Ensure all protocols are adhered to, checklists monitored and filed.
Act as leader for service providers and work with Spa Manager to enforce service standards, SOP s, and conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
Distribute professional products to staff as necessary, maintain cleanliness standards in front and back of house areas.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be licensed from a accredited/approved school.
Must have at least 2 years of technical nail experience.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Skillful with hands in applying pressure.
Knowledge of nail practices and theories.
Must have active nail technician license.
